This piece is called “Dreaming of Home”. I was thinking of my mum's house when painting this. I think there’s a wonderful feeling of safety, love and happiness when remembering your parents' home. The lavender palette matches this and gives a feeling of comfort and serenity. Soft shapes slightly left of centre. Can you see any shapes or forms? Darker shapes to the foreground draw you into the painting.
